McLeod's Pizza Barn & Brewery on Cove Road is the village pizza barn that also pours McLeod's from the tap — hand-rolled pizza bases made fresh daily, plus ribs, burgers, fish and chips and salads when the brief is a casual feed rather than a CBD booking. Brothers Clayton and Geoff Gwynne have owned the Pizza Barn since 2003 on their house story, and the brewery side launched in 2014. Closed Monday and Tuesday; Wednesday to Sunday usually 11:30am to 9pm. Family-friendly with outdoor seating when you want a group table in Waipu.
