Live music and a table full of share plates? 1905 is the old Butter Factory venue on Butter Factory Lane, reopened in late September 2026 by a new crew that includes two former Butter Factory owners and two of its old staff. The house calls it bar, kitchen and stage, set in a historic stone building in the CBD. The food's made for sharing: pizzas, smoked brisket nachos, buttermilk chicken bites with hot honey, loaded fries and bourbon BBQ ribs, so bring a few mates and order across the menu. Tuesday to Thursday it suits a casual lunch or an early dinner. Friday and Saturday run through to 1am, with gigs and DJ nights on their events page. They're closed Sunday and Monday.
